Rolltec awnings have a 10 years parts warranty. The fabric manufacturers offer a 10 year warranty against flaws, breaking threads, and manufacturer defects. Most customers get approximately 15-16 years from the fabric if it is maintained properly. However it may need to be serviced and repaired if wear or stain spots develop after 8-10 years.
